Kate Grigg
Kate Grigg joined Voiceless in 2022 and serves as the organisation’s General Manager. In this role, she leads the strategic delivery of Voiceless’s programs and operations, including the Voiceless Grants Program, which supports innovative projects advancing animal protection, such as legal reform and food-system transformation, in Australia and internationally.
Kate works closely with the Board, advisors, donors and partner organisations to strengthen Voiceless’s impact through strategic philanthropy, movement-building and collaborative initiatives. She also oversees Voiceless’s communications, digital resources, and its extensive online library of animal law and education materials.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Advertising and Law from the University of Technology Sydney and brings more than 20 years of senior-level marketing and communications experience across the animal protection and healthcare sectors.
A lifelong animal advocate, Kate is passionate about fostering empathy and compassion for animals through education and systemic change. She lives in South East Queensland with her husband, two children and three dogs, surrounded by the gumtrees and wildlife that continually inspire her commitment to creating a more compassionate world for animals.
