Bianca Havas
Bianca Havas is a Director at Serendis Leadership and an experienced leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach with more than 20 years’ experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors.
Bianca works with organisations at the crossroads of strategy, culture and leadership, helping them build the leadership capability and organisational cultures needed to navigate complex and evolving challenges. She partners with clients across a range of sectors to develop individual leaders, strengthen high-performing teams, and support meaningful organisational and cultural change.
Since joining Serendis in 2010, Bianca has contributed to the firm’s growth into new sectors and the development of a diverse client base that includes higher education, health and medical research, retail, not-for-profit organisations and the automotive sector.
Her work focuses on leadership development, mentoring and team effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
Prior to joining Serendis, Bianca led strategic advocacy campaigns for international NGOs including Greenpeace, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and the Australian Conservation Foundation.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales. She is an accredited executive coach with Coaching Australia and an accredited facilitator of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
